Our house

Well we finally sold our house. We are happy that is over. We hated having people in and out of our place all the time and we had to go out. It was hard on Lauren cause it was always at her dinner time or bed time. The only problem we have now is a new place.
We had found a great house and lost it because it was subject to sale of ours. Then we found another place that was good too. That one we lost twice. We liked it that much that we bid on it again once we lost it the first time and they bumped us out again. Although karma got them for bumping us twice in that both the offers they had fell through. They ended up taking it off the market and not selling now because of it and if they had stayed with us it would have gone through. We have found a 3rd house that we have an accepted offer on though. It isn't our dream house but it will work. Although we got the inspection done and there is a structural issue with it. We have to find out now how much it will cost to fix. The problem is that we can't try an get the price down on the place cause they have another offer that they could go to instead of ours. We didn't want to pay as much as we are but in order for them to take our offer we had to pay more. So now we don't really have a new place so ours selling wasn't' so good. Now we will end up settling for a house and we didn't want to do that. We have to be out of here and don't really want to rent while we look for another place. It would have all worked out if someone from the other places hadn't kept bumping us. SO now we will be paying half a million for a house that isn't great and has structural issues. We know that there isn't anything out here right now and there isn't' much coming up that is what we are looking for. Needless to say we had a very stressful few nights with our place waiting for subjects to be removed and now we are having a hard time figuring out if we should go for this one place or if we need to settle for something smaller. The thing is that we can't move again. This mortgage is already going to push us to the limit and we wont' be able to do it again. Also with house prices on the way down we will lose money that way. I don't know what we are going to do but we will keep trying something i guess.
